Thomas C. Koay, M.D. was born in Charleston, West Virginia and received his undergraduate education at West Virginia University, graduating with a BA degree in Biology. He attended West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown and completed an internship and radiology residency at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He completed a fellowship in Cross-Sectional Imaging at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan and joined Radiological Physician Associates in July, 2004. He is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology. He and his wife, Ratih, reside in Bridgeport.
