Joseph J. Dorchak, M.D. was born in Cincinnati, OH and received his Ph.D. in physical organic chemistry at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
He attended medical school at the University of Cincinnati. His internship was done at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and his residency
was completed at West Virginia University Hospital, Morgantown, West Virginia, where he served as Chief Resident from 2003-2004. Following that, his postgraduate
training consistedof a Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT Fellowship at West Virginia University. Dr. Dorchak joined Radiology Physicians Associates in July, 2006. He
resides in Morgantown with his wife Sharin and their three children.
