was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia. He graduated from West Virginia University in Morgantown with a BA in Chemistry and continued there in Medical School, graduating with honors designation in Human Physiology, Neuroanatomy and Microanatomy. Following an internship in Family Practice at United Hospital Center in Clarksburg, he completed a radiology residency at West Virginia University. He is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology and joined the practice of Radiological Physicians in August, 1991. He is currently the Chief of Radiology at United Hospital Center. Parke, his wife Lisa and their daughters, Avery and Adelle, make their home in Clarksburg.
